HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
I don't understand why everyone gets their panties in a wad over the saying "happy holidays". I mean, yes as a Christian (more specifically The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) who celebrates the birth of Christ, I use Merry Christmas, but I also have respect for other religions. Lord knows there are so many that I don't know of and am unsure of their perspectives on the holiday season, so "Happy Holidays" is what I like to use when I am addressing a broad range of people. R-E-S-P-E-C-T, FIND OUT WHAT IT MEANS TO ME! I believe you should show respect to people regardless of whether or not they reciprocate because that's just good manners and common courtesy.
Although I did come here to talk about Christmas, I didn't mean to start off like that. As I was typing "happy holidays" it got me thinking as to whether Americans would be angered by that or not and honestly, I think it's a little ridiculous to be mad about something so silly. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Sheesh.
This holiday season James, Reagan, and I were blessed enough to get to spend Christmas with both of our families. We spent Christmas Eve day at his parents, went to my mom's that evening and spent the night, woke up enjoyed the day over there, and then went back to his parent's house. Then that weekend I was lucky enough to have my dad, Debbie, and Ben (brother) come down and spend Saturday with us! Reagan is so loved and got so many presents that we now need to purchase a toy box because the floor of his room is COVERED in toys from before and after Christmas! That boy has more toys than he knows what to do with!
Here are some pictures from the festivities!

Setting sparkly things off at 9 pm because we go to bed way before midnight every night. |
We had a lot more holiday fun, but those are the only pictures I took. Maybe James got some pictures at his mom and dad's that I can add in later, but until then, that was our holiday fun! Yay! I hope you all enjoyed your holiday season and spent time with the ones that matter. Family is everything to James and I and I truly believe you should cherish those that you have because one day, you may not have them anymore. Until next time, have an amazing day and I'll blog ya later. :)
